Energy content in the larger cartridge is the equivalent of about 1 liter of methylated spirits, sufficient to boil about 30 liters of water. 230 g cartridge will generally be enough fuel for 3 meals/day for 3 days. Patented self-sealing valve and standard thread. Propane cylinder tanks are a universal size and fit all standard portable propane appliances, tabletop grills, and propane torches. No Hazmat on 100 g size.
