Constructed of 1000d Cordura, each bag has a built-in compartment for up to a 2-liter hydration system (Camelbak, Nalgene or Platypus). Hose exits top and stores neatly in netted outside rear pouch for easy access. When removed, left pannier makes into daypack using cross straps. Back of panniers are faced with soft polyester (micro fleece) to prevent paint scuffing. Washable. Comes with all attachment hardware. Dimensions:11”w x 15”h x 5”d. Hydration system not included. Emergency Fuel: Each pannier is designed to hold the red plastic Webco 1 IMP gal (1.25US) fuel containers to help accommodate for longer backcountry adventures.
Getting the weight/load forward: since 80 percent of the motorcycles stopping power is from the front tire, our panniers help get more of the weight over the front of the bike, creating an increase in breaking efficiency, and a more even weight distribution.
Wind Protection: Like most enduro/dual sport bikes, the gas tank offers little in the way of protection from wind and other elements, our panniers offer superior knee protection from colder air on those early spring/late fall rides.
